365 Days of Cards

I had a little bit of time before I left for work. I am loving the new Flower Market Cricut Cartridge from Close to My Heart. I also have really liked how it coordinates with the Florence paper pack. Making a pop up card gets easier every time you do it! Instructions for this great card can be found here . Tomorrow I will showcase some of the new paper available in the Seasonal Expressions. 

I cannot believe my baby is 10 today! The last 10 years have flown by. This is the perfect boy birthday card. I created using it all cardstock and the Cricut Artistry cartridge.

Today is a co-workers birthday and I wanted to make him a birthday card. The Magical  paper pack and retired Happy Birthday Calligraphy stamp paired perfectly together to make this quick birthday card. Happy Monday.

I am having fun playing with the Enchantment Paper Fundamental paper. The sheet with a "word search" made for a fun card to use for Birthday or any occasion. I circled some of the words and finished it off with some gray sequins.

I have so much fun making a deconstructed cards. This 5 x 7" finished card was perfect to deconstruct. I have been trying to do more stamping this month. I thought the Purr-Fect Halloween  stamp was perfect! I used the hat and Boo!. One hat is colored with my ShinHan  markers and everything else is left black and white. I found an old silver pen that I used to create a buckle on all the hats. The Boo! is stamped in Gypsy ink.

For today's Throwback Thursday card I used the retired paper pack Urban and the corresponding complements to create this masculine birthday card.

Only 6 more days to get your hands on the fabulous Calypso paper pack. I have used up most of my Calypso paper scrapping our Sea World vacation photos and making fun and summery cards. I combined what scraps I had left with the new Blossom  cardstock to make a birthday. This will go with me to work so when I need a Birthday card for a co-worker I have one!

Today I made a Thinking of You  card using the Flower Market  cartridge and coordinating stamp set. I also used the Rustic Home Fundamental paper pack  and All Together Compliments. The cardstock is Sea Glass and Blossom. 

The Purr-Fect Halloween Stamp Set (August Stamp of the Month) is purrfect for Halloween cards! I used the new Willow cardstock, ShinHan markers and Black Ink  to create this fun Halloween card. The inside of the card will read Happy Halloween .

I am in love with the new Rustic Home Fundamental paper pack. It works beautifully with the Flower Market Cricut Cartridge from Close to My Heart. The Close to My Heart color of the year, Sea Glass  coordinates perfectly with the Rustic Home collection. This will be a perfect Birthday card for a friend.

I am NOT ready for summer to be over yet! Luckily today is suppose to be hot so we can get out and enjoy the last few weeks of summer. La Vie En Rose is perfect for Birthday cards. All supplies are retired but it was fun to make a formal looking birthday card! Have a great Friday and weekend with your friends and family.

Today is a little old and a little new! I LOVE the Purr-Fect Halloween stamp set set that is available this month only for $5 with any $50 purchase or $17.95. I thought it would be fun to use last year's Nevermore paper and cut a rectangle in it and have the cat coming out of the card. It was easy and fun to create. The most time consuming part of this card was the coloring with my ShinHan  markers.

I had fun playing with the new Happy Thoughts Embossing Folder and my watercolor paints. I used Sea Glass and Black Cardstock   to mat the card. I used the watercolor paper to emboss. Happy Wednesday!

Today is a simple card as I have to go into work and then take Simon and a friend bowling! I lifted this card from the new Annual Inspirations Book. I used the following Close to My Heart product: Sea Glass Cardstock Paper Enchantment Fundamentals  Thank You Stamp (retired) Black Ink

Today I had some time to craft while the boys went to Silverwood. I decided to play with the new Sea Glass cardstock and the Rustic Home Fundamental paper pack. I also added some White Daisy  cardstock. I combined two Cricut Cartridges Artbooking and Flower Market. The directions to how I folded the card base are below.  I cut the card base at 10" x 7".  I then folded the card in half at 5" and then folded one side again at 2 1/2". 

The Florence paper pack and the Flower Market Cricut Cartridge from Close to My Heart compliment each other perfectly. I created this beautiful Birthday  card for my sister. The sentiment is from a stamp set available only with the Flower Market Cartridge.

I need a quick card to send to my sister. I thought using the stamp set that came with the Cricut Artiste cartridge was perfect. I also used the new Raspberry cardstock and a small piece of black and gold ribbon .

I need to start making a handful of cards for the beginning of my son's school year. I decided to use the Teacher Appreciation stamp set along with my washi tape to create this fun and simple card. We are off to swim and enjoy the rest of the day! Have a great Friday and fabulous weekend.

Today's Throwback Thursday card does not go that far back! I am using the recently retired La Vie En Rose paper pack, the stamp set that goes with the new Flower Market Cricut Cartridge and some black and gold ribbon .  I previously made a drapery flower fold card and the directions are here . This card is perfect for birthday, first day of a new job, wedding. It is very versatile. 

I finally had time to sit down tonight to craft. I spent a large portion of my day in my classroom. I love the Wiseguy Birthday Stamp. It was fun to pair with the Enchantment Fundamentals. Tomorrow I am home all day so hope to have more time to make some fun fold cards!

I am working on developing a stock pile of cards for work this coming school year! Today's card is perfect for birthday or thank you and can be used for a man or woman. I used the new Flower Market Cricut Cartridge, Canary cardstock, black cardstock and the retired striped embossing folder!

I love the new Flower Market Cricut Cartridge from Close to My Heart. I created this fun birthday card using the new Enchantement Fundamentals paper  and Eggplant  cardstock.

Close to My Heart introduced a color of the year this year! The beautiful color is called Sea Glass  and comes in cardstock and ink. I am excited to use it throughout the year. This card is everything new! The new Cricut Cartridge, Flower Market , Sea Glass cardstock and the new Rustic Home Fundamental papers. Stay tuned for more new papers throughout the coming weeks.

The Magical paper pack from Close to My Heart is only available until the end of August. I love how versatile the paper pack is. I have used most of my 3 paper packs to scrap our Disney World vacation. However, the paper packs make great cards too. With the school year quickly approaching I need some small cards to keep at work for when I need a quick card. I made these two cards today using the Magical paper pack and Poppy  thick twine. The cards are 3" x 3".

This Lollydoodle Thank You card is perfect for Throwback Thursday. I embossed the White Daisy Cardstock with the dots embossing folder and stamped using the For A Friend  stamp set. It is perfect for a personal or work Thank You card.

Calypso and the new Wise Guy Birthday  stamp are a perfect combination for a fun birthday card. I used the Art Philosophy  Cricut Cartridge to cut the tag for the sentiment. I also used my ShinHan  alcohol markers to color the frosting. This month I will continue to showcase current product that is retiring (Calypso, Florence and Magical Paper Packs) and the new product that is now available!

Welcome to August! The summer is going so fast but this is the best month of the summer. Not only do we camp and travel in August, there is new Close to My Heart product! Today I am showing you the new Enchantment Fundamentals . The colors and patterns are so rich.
