Congratulations Card-Penelope

 

 I have a friend who recently announced she was pregnant with her 3rd! I thought the Penelope  paper pack and Springtime Critters stamp set was the perfect combination to make a fun Congratulations card for her. I also used some of the Limade Washi tape and the Enamel & Glitter Duos Blue Dots.
