Happy Birthday

Today's Throw Back Thursday card uses retired purple glitter and the Birthday Calligraphy stamp using Colonial White ink on black cardstock. This is a quick and simple card but we have a busy day ahead and not a lot of time to craft!

Ah, Autumn

I know it is still 90+ degrees, but fall is just around the corner and is one of my favorite times of year! I found this old paper when I was cleaning my craft room last week. It is a perfect pairing for the Always Grateful stamp set. I used Olive and Chocolate ink  for the stamping.

Florence Happy Birthday Card

The retired You Mean the World To Me  stamp set has the perfect Happy Birthday sentiment to go with the Florence paper pack. Florence is perfect for card making as it is elegant and full of color. I created this Happy Birthday card today to use this Fall when I need a birthday card.

I need to stock up on Birthday cards so I have some on hand for work. I was pretty good last year about planning ahead but I did miss some birthdays. This year I want to have extras in my desk so I don't miss any birthdays! Get Well Card

I need a Get Well card for a friend and thought the bright look of Penelope was perfect to cheer her up. I used the pocket cards that come with the paper pack for the layers and added some green triangles  to give the card some dimension.  I used the Feel Better   stamp for the sentiment.

Urban Happy Birthday Card

The Urban paper pack has been perfect for not only scrapbook layouts but for manly cards. I used Urban and the retired Card Chatter-Birthday stamp set to create this masculine birthday card. It is going to be hot this week so hanging out in my craft room and creating sounds like a plan!

Welcome Baby Card

One of my mentor teachers is having her 3rd baby next month. I want to be prepared with a baby card. The Georgie paper pack and Balloon Wishes  card along with the Cricut Artiste cartridge. The paper pack and stamp create the perfect card.

Zoe Card

I found another small piece of Zoe paper to make one more card. I used the Cricut Artbooking  cartridge to cut the hearts out and then used the CTMH watercolor paints.

Happy Birthday Card

Today we are headed to Silverwood with my brother-in-law and niece and nephew but I wanted to create a quick Happy Birthday card before we left. I used Green Glitter Paper (retired), black cardstock and my Cricut Artbooking cartridge. This is the perfect card for a co-worker's birthday! Have a great Thursday.

Pro Player Birthday Card-TBT

Throwback Thursday today is made with the retired paper pack, Pro Player. I also used a a retired Happy Birthday Stamp from Close to My Heart. I did use the amazing CTMH watercolor pencils to color in the sentiment.

Thanks So Much

Paper Fundamentals  make the best cards. All the colors compliment each other and each side is either white and color or color on color. I also added some Silver Shimmer Trim and used the You Mean the World To Me Stamp set to create this Thank You  card.

Warm Hugs Card

The Georgie  paper pack is so versatile and goes well beyond scrapping  baby pics. I used the Georgie paper pack, Whisper Thick Twine, Honeycomb Embossing folder  and the Cricut Artistry cartridge to create this simple card. The embossing folder and Georgie paper are only available through the end of the month or while supplies last.

Water Color Card

I have not used my watercolor  paints as much as I should so when I was going through my stamp sets and found the Surf's Up Workshop on the Go stamp set I decided it was perfect to create a simple water card using three colors in the watercolor paints and Lagoon  and Honey ink. I definitely recommend using the watercolor paper   from Close to My Heart when painting as it does not curl up! Have a fantastic Monday!

This is the very last of my Zoe  paper and I am a little sad about it. I have loved this paper pack! It was a perfect match to this month's Stamp of the Month, From the Notebook, and a retired stamp set for the birthday greeting. I also added some Silver Shimmer Trim and Green Triangles. Have a great Sunday with your friends and family.

ABC Blog Hop-O is for Old

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop! For this hop we will be featuring the letter O. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their O element will be featured in their post. If you came from Lauren's Blog then you're on the right track!  My letter O is for OLD today. I used the old CTMH products. The paper pack Skylark, an old card base and old twill ribbon. Florence Card

The Florence paper pack compliments perfectly with the Classy Doily stamp set. This stamp set coordinates with the Cricut Artiste cartridge. I used Poppy ink with the stamp set.

Lollydoodle Best Wishes Card #TBT

Today's Throwback Thursday card uses the old Lollydoodle paper packet and the retired Springtime Wishes stamp set and thin cuts. I cut the card with the Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge.

Life's a Beach Card

Calypso has become my favorite paper pack lately. Add to that the Cricut Artbooking cartridge and the Beach Life  stamp set. I used Cocoa embossing powder to emboss the sand castle.

Florence Thanks Card

Today's card uses the Florence paper pack and the CTMH Cricut Artiste cartridge (retires July 31, 2016). This card is actually a gift card holder and has a slot on the inside to hold a gift card. Fabulous Calypso Card and Retiring Colors

Calypso is only available until the end of August. Get your fabulous summer paper before it it is gone! Speaking of gone, these fabulous Close to My Heart colors are retiring the end of July to make room for new colors: Gypsy Topiary Pear Honey Sunset Cotton Candy Hollyhock This includes cardstock, ink pads and reinkers.  I used Pear cardsdtock today as my base for this Fabulous   Calypso card. I used the following Close to My Heart products to make this card: Tickled Pink Stamp Set and Thin Cuts Cotton Candy Cardstock Cotton Candy Ink Lagoon Ink Black Ink

Regetta Card

I have been wanting to create a card using left over strips of paper and the top strip of the CTMH paper packs. I decided the retired Regetta paper pack was perfect. This is a fun card that was quick and easy to make!  Each strip of paper was cut just shy of 1". I then adhered them on and then cut them down to size. Have a great weekend.

Charlotte Thank You Card

I need a Thank You  card and the Charlotte paper pack along with a small scrap of Peacock cardstock was perfect. I used the current Finding the Words  stamp set and Peacock ink. I used my Art Philosophy Cartridge  to create the shaped oval. I cut it at 2". 

Happy Birthday Card

Another 10 minute card created with scraps from my craft table! The only cardstock I had to cut was the card base and pink cardstock. Everything else was already cut and ready to stamp and adhere! Have a great Thursday!

Quick Birthday Card

This week is super busy at our house so I thought I would showcase quick, 10 minute cards this week! This card is all scraps that I had laying on my craft table. They are also mostly retired (except the Paper Fundamental  scrap. Quick card ideas are always nice to have make on busy days!

I hope everyone had a nice 4th of July. We are tired but had a great weekend. My husband needs some Thank You  cards for work. They need to be generic enough for anyone. Florence  is the perfect paper packet for this job! The card is simple yet thoughtful.

You were probably expecting a 4th of July card this morning! However, I have made all I need. Today I need a birthday card so grabbed my favorite retired paper pack, Blossom, and created this quick Happy Birthday  card. I used the Birthday Calligraphy stamp , Blossom paper pack, Outdoor Denim ink and some Blue Dots . Have a happy and safe 4th of July.

Quick Card

This is a busy weekend and I had just a few minutes this morning to create a quick masculine card. I used some retired paper, Cocoa cardstock, and used the Always Grateful   stamp for the tree and then embossed it using Cocoa embossing powder.

July 1st Card

I could not come up with a good title for this blog post. This card is perfect for so many different occasions! I love how it turned out.
