Congratulations Card

Today a friend go accepted to a surgical tech program at one of our local community colleges. As a busy mom of 2 she has worked hard this past year with all the pre-requisites. I am excited for her new journey next year. This card was made with all scraps! Black cardstock, Lagoon cardstock, a Congrats I already had cut out from the Cricut Artistry cartridge and black star embellishments.
