Regetta Card

I have been wanting to create a card using left over strips of paper and the top strip of the CTMH paper packs. I decided the retired Regetta paper pack was perfect. This is a fun card that was quick and easy to make!  Each strip of paper was cut just shy of 1". I then adhered them on and then cut them down to size.
