Boo Card!!!

I realized this morning I have too many scraps on my craft table. And, I hate to throw anything away! That being said I had to find a good reason to use my scraps. I thought the small eyes of Jeepers along with the assortment were perfect for my scraps. The boo is from an old Halloween stamp set.
