February 3 Joy Card

The sun has been shining the past few days but snow is in the forecast. Before winter returns I wanted to create a fun springy card to send to a friend. I used a retired stamp, but the current Zoe paper pack and some fun new embellishments, Enamel & Glitter Duos Blue Dots. The card is 4" X 4" as I bought some clearance square envelopes from Close to My Heart.
