Spring Card

Spring is coming to Spokane. My bulbs have broken through the dirt and some of my ground cover has bloomed. I used a title from the Close to My Heart Artbooking cartridge, the Penelope paper pack  and limeade washi tape. I cut the frame that "Spring" is on from the Art Philosophy Cartridge.
