Surf's Up Birthday Card

Image
Today was a quick birthday card as we are in the middle of priming and painting the basement. Carpet goes down on Thursday and we still have a long to-do list. I used the retired Surf's Up paper pack and Picture My Life cards to create a simple birthday card.

Hello Christmas Card

The City Sidewalks  paper pack is so colorful and has two of my favorite CTMH colors: Poppy and Peacock. I also used the Picture My Life Clear overlays for the "hello". I also played with the City Sidewalks washi tape. This is the perfect card for a co-worker, neighbor, etc.

Today was a very busy day. We spent most of the day in my library setting up a very cool Lego wall. Then we went to Silverwood for the evening to get some more summer in before school starts! When we got home I made this quick card to use next week at school. The new Picture My Life Watercolor cards are AMAZING. You can watercolor them any color you want and the embossed design stays white. I used the following Close To My Heart products: Picture My Life -Watercolor cards Sea Glass Cardstock Slate Cardstock White sequins

Live the Life You've Dreamed

Happy Sunday! I had the pleasure of spending this afternoon at a friend's baby shower. It was a fun time. Since I spent this morning finishing her gift I only had a few moments to make a card. This card I will be sending to my nephew who has one month left of his senior year in high school.  I used Cocoa Cardstock, Stripe Embossing folder and a Picture My Life card I had from the last Idea Book.

H is for Happy-January 17th

I had just a few minutes before the Seahawk football game this morning. I need a birthday card this week so decided to use another Picture My Life card from the Childhood Scrapbooking Program . I used Peacock cardstock and embossed it with the Stripe Embossing Folder . I then had a small piece of Fundamental paper left that I used my corner rounder on to create the layered look. I used retired black enamel stars to give the card some added dimension.

Today I need a quick card for my boss. He does so much for our school community and takes time to thank us staff. I used the retired Jackson paper pack and Picture My Life cards. I used my edge distresser on the edges of all the papers in order to give it some texture and life.

January 6-Friendship Card

I love how Close to My Heart's Picture My Life  cards work for cards as well as scrapbooking. I used cards I had left from the Hopscotch PML pack to create this fun friendship card. There is no stamping required to create personalized cards using the PML packs.  I am sending this card to my niece who is in middle school, to remind her to continue to be herself!
