365 Days of Cards

For today's Throwback Thursday card I used the retired paper pack Urban and the corresponding complements to create this masculine birthday card.

The Urban paper pack has been perfect for not only scrapbook layouts but for manly cards. I used Urban and the retired Card Chatter-Birthday stamp set to create this masculine birthday card. It is going to be hot this week so hanging out in my craft room and creating sounds like a plan!

Happy Sunday! Today I had time to create one last Father's Day Card. I used the Urban paper pack and the Circut Artistry cartridge. This is a little different card but was fun to make. We are off to the lake so have a fabulous Sunday!

Today was a busy day. I am in the middle of finals, have a bad head cold and Simon had baseball tonight! My husband needed a card for a co-worker who is celebrating 20 years at the company this week. I used the Urban paper pack and complements along with the Cricut Art Philosophy and Artiste cartridges.

The stamp of the month for April is by far one of the best stamps EVER! If you like cameras this stamp set is for you. The best part is it is only $5 with any $50 purchase. I used the stamp along with the Urban paper pack to create this masculine card. The Happy Birthday  sentiment is from the Finding the Words stamp set. The picture does not do the Peacock cardstock justice. It is so rich and vibrant. 

Today I made a simple card using Urban . I used scrap of Peacock and Poppy to create the banner and "The Best Part of the Day" is from a Picture My Life card. I am hoping to be feeling better in the next couple of days so I can spend some more time create fancy fold cards!

I am staying with my brother in law this week in Seattle for a conference and want to leave him a thank you note for allowing me to stay with him and drive me to and from the airport. The Urban paper pack is perfect along with the For a Friend  stamp and black shimmer trim . I used the Art Philosophy cartridge to cut the tag.  If there is a stamp you liked and wished you had ordered from a prior Idea Book it may still be available.
