Mother's Day Card



Mother's Day is just around the corner. I used the Springtime Wishes stamp set and colored the flowers using my ShinHan markers. I then used my Cricut Artistry cartridge for the banner and the Happy To Be Friends stamp set for the Happy Mother's Day sentiment. I stamped using colonial white ink.

Charlotte Drapery Card

I have been wanting to create a drapery fold card for some weeks now. I finally had time to create one this morning after school drop-off. There are tutorials all over the internet but I had to play with the one's I found to get the right size. My card was 3 3/4" x 3 3 3/4". (I had to cut it down my card to fit after I folded!). My strip of paper from the Charlotte  paper packet 3" by 6". I then scored the paper at 3", 3 1/4", 4", 4 1/4" and 5", 5 1/4". I then marked 7/8" up the paper and cut at an angle from the first fold. Happy Birthday Card

I am working on a card pack for Simon's teacher for Christmas. I am creating all the cards out of the Swan Lake paper pack. Today I used Swan Lake and the Wise Guy  stamp set along with some white enamel gems. This is an easel card which is so easy to make. The card base is cut at 4 1/4" x 11" and then scored at 2 1/4" and 5 1/2". It is folded to create a mountain. The card face is cut at 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Here is the tutorial I used for measurements.
